Recreation Tumbling
This is a non-competitive tumbling class. Athletes will be taught skills ranging from cartwheels up to fulls. We will focus on proper technique and progression to ensure your athlete is learning new skills while safely advancing. Classes range from tiny tumbling and preschool age beginner tumblers up to advanced tumblers.
Recreation Cheer
Our Recreational Cheer Program is now called FUNdamentals! This program is focused on learning and mastering the basics of cheerleading. Motions, Jumps, and Stunts are learned during each practice. The goal of the FUNdamentals cheer program is to teach the beginning athlete the basics of cheerleading. Learning the fundamentals will help prepare them for All-Star Cheerleading, Jr High and High School Cheerleading, and will ensure they become more flexible and confident athletes. Recreational Cheer (FUNdamentals) is a great, inexpensive way to get involved in cheerleading and a fun way to gain experience in the sport. There are no try-outs for these particular teams, and new athletes (boys and girls) are welcome to join anytime throughout the year. Cheer FUNdamentals classes are a 6-month commitment that will meet once a week for an hour. There is no uniform or performances associated with FUNdamentals.
Competitive Cheer
All-Star Cheerleading is an athletic activity that combines different elements of gymnastics tumbling, stunts, acrobatics, dance and cheerleading motions and jumps.
All Star Cheer is a 12-month commitment, our season starts in May and ends in April. Teams consist of up to 32 athletes performing a 2.5 minute choreographed routine to professionally mixed music. We are dedicated to teaching character and promoting athleticism. Our competition teams will provide a fun and competitive atmosphere where athletes will learn a choreographed routine that will be competed at multiple competitions throughout the cheer season. Competitive cheer is for ages 4 and up with all levels and abilities. Schedules and pricing will be determined by what level and team an athlete makes.
All athletes will be required to try out or have an individual evaluation.
